The project was sold to UBS in 2015 fully let.

We acquired a project with build licence from Solvia (Banc Sabadell group) in 2011.

We worked with the vendor to redesign the project and create the first LEED Gold office building in Barcelona.
The project consists 3 buildings totaling 21,000 sqm grouped around an open courtyard, which tenants regularly use for events as well as for informal meetings and coffees.
