Recovering and reinventing industrial heritage

We have recently acquired a historic industrial building located just few blocks away from Plaza Glories and its Shopping Center.

The heritage building previously used as a textile factory, will be converted into unique offices increasing built area up to 5,000 sqm by the addition of 2 new floors. Additionally we have incorporated a neighbouring light industrial project of 2,400 sqm to respond to the growing demand from the tech sector for both office
and alternative spaces together.
