Rediscovering Barajas Town

North Madrid is beginning to experience a shortage of ready-to-build sites available for the medium term.

We acquired in November 2016 some land plots located in Barajas, a town in north east of Madrid and very close to the airport, with the right to build 42.500 sqm.

We purchased from a single owner and payments were conditioned to urban planning hurdles.

We are working with a leading national developer to redevelop this sector, currently used as warehouses, into residential units close to Barajas town centre.
