Creating the new seafront district in Valencia

The expected buildability related to the ownership we already own is 253.635 m2 split into residential and commercial.

The project is the acquisition of four adjacent plots of land through the auction of an insolvency process liquidation of a Valencian company. The plots have an area of 103,000 land sqm located within central Valencia in the GRAO sector where the F1 urban racetrack used to be and next to Ciudad de les Ciencias.

The objective of this project is to complete the Urban Planning process in the sector in order to convert the sector into an emblematic neighborhood in Valencia.
