Completing Barcelona's new centre

We have recently acquired different land plots in Glòries which will provide development rights for up to 20,000 sqm for residential use.

We are working with two international family offices to develop one of the most prime residential redevelopment plans currently going on in Central Barcelona, where there is no significant supply of ready-to-build plots.

Future plots will be facing Glòries Square, a park that brings together three of the most important streets of the city: Av. Diagonal, Gran Via de las Cortes Catalanas and Avenida Meridiana.
