New unique offices that preserve a social and industrial legacy.

We acquired a plot close to Rambla del Poblenou and calle Llacuna in the heart of Poblenou for the development of 8,562 sqm of offices.

The concept is to create a community of smaller and larger occupiers around a private courtyard, incorporating a flex space available to all occupiers. Features include brick façades and wooden carpentry, a Zen garden, a reservable roof terrace, a bicycle repair station and a grey water recycling.

We teamed up with a local family office who already own a similar project in Poblenou.

We acquired in June 2016. Delivery expected Q1 2021 and will be a long-term hold.
