Completing Barcelona's new centre

We acquired a site for 25,000 sqm of offices in 2014 in the most prime area of the Glories submarket of 22@ in Barcelona.

We appointed design teams and took the project through full permitting and tendering process.
Before commencing construction works, we sold the project to Inmobiliaria Colonial with the full project team in place, and the building was pre-let to King and Adevinta soon after.
