The Hill: Exclusive Panoramic Estates

We acquired 8 plots of land from two separate owners in the exclusive neighbourhood of Son Vida in Palma de Mallorca.

Solved a 3-year locked situation of works license moratorium due to the lack of sewage system capacity.

Agreed with local water and sewage agency and Palma Town Hall to partially develop a new sewage system and allow the plots to file for works licenses.

Designed and filed a new reallotment project to optimize the current plots.
