At Urban Input, we believe in creating a better, more productive and user-friendly urban environment.

Our focus is buildings and land, and our mission is to create new spaces or upgrade existing in the most innovative and efficient manner possible, through design-led thinking. We specialize in the office and residential sectors, including land management, development and existing buildings. We designed and built the first LEED Gold and Platinum office buildings to be delivered in Barcelona and continue to push to incorporate sustainability in all our areas of activity.

From our historic base of office development we now operate nationally in areas where we see both strategic and niche opportunities.

Excluding our sister housebuilder, Uniq Residential, we divide our activity into 3 main areas: Income Producing, Land Banking, and Special Situations.

One of the keys to our being able to provide better insight into real estate projects is our ability to draw upon these different areas of our business and combine our asset managers’ knowledge across the board. We believe that today using this cross-pollination of expertise allows us to have a more complete picture of complex real estate situations, especially in a world where the borders between living, working and leisure are becoming more blurred.

We are accustomed to working in partnership with sophisticated and demanding clients.

In most cases we provide full service to include management on the SPV in Spain as well as the full real estate process.

We have excellent asset managers and real estate professionals on our team who work to provide the best possible service to our clients. These include private equity funds, debt funds, major family offices and clubs of investors. As we only do real estate asset management and development, we are fully aligned with our clients and act and think only in the interests of the owner of the assets.
